 Security Deposit
There will be security deposit on the jewellery which is fully refundable once the jewellery is returned to us and is in good quality condition. On MRP 40% is charged as security deposit. (A video will be taken before the dispatch)

1. We will collect the security deposit before the pick up of the jewellery via website order.

2. Security deposit to be paid at the time of pick up and will be returned after a thorough quality check & on receiving necessary clearances

3. If jewellery has a minimal damage a certain amount deduction will be done.

4. In case of permanent damage, Security deposit will be forfeited and 70% of jewellery MRP will be charged.

5. Online bank transfer will be refunded within 4 working days once we receive the product.
