Shipra Rai is a passionate and accomplished People Management professional with over 18 years of experience.

Having managed multiple portfolios within HR, her areas of involvement and expertise include, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Critical Project Management etc.

 

She enjoys juggling multiple roles and exploring new learnings as it keeps her mentally and physically active and challenged.

Her profound connection with food and entertainment led her to her second career in the hospitality space, where she actively contributes and supports her husband in managing the 1^st and only micro- brewery in Mangalore yet, ‘Spindrift’ and also another restaurant called ‘Thyme’.

She is a spiritual person who believes that everything that happens in life happens for the best and for a higher purpose.
